A Message to Our Customers During the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak

The Corona (Covid-19) is a rapidly evolving pandemic with many implications on our lives, businesses, employees, their families and as a result, Pest Control has been designated an ESSENTIAL SERVICE by the US Department of Homeland Security and the states of Georgia and Tennessee. Enviroguard Pest Solutions team is fully operational. We will continue to serve our customers while simultaneously doing everything in our power to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 infection in the communities we serve. Please note there is nothing more important to Enviroguard Pest Solutions than the health, safety, and protection of our employees and our customers who use our services.

Effective immediately and until the COVID-19 threat is gone, these are the actions we will be taking:

Internal/Staffing Protocols
We are committed to maintaining a healthy workplace:

  • We will continue to perform routine environmental cleaning and disinfecting our offices
  • Our employees will employ respiratory etiquette and hand hygiene as recommended by the CDC
  • We are practicing social distancing among staff in our offices
  • Employees who feel ill or suspect symptoms of the virus (and/or who have family members who are ill or have symptoms) will be instructed to stay home until they are well.

Protocols for Our Technicians
For your piece of mind, all of our technicians in the course of protecting your homes and businesses from pests will:

  • Use hand sanitizer and/or wash their hands frequently throughout the workday
  • Wear gloves and change them at each service call
  • Practice social distancing during all service calls (minimum of six feet)
  • Concentrate service on the outside of properties. In case of a pest emergency, we will service inside a home or business.

What You Can Do
It’s true that “we are all in this together.” Here are some things for you to consider:

  • If you are currently receiving inside-the-home pest control service, consider allowing us to transition your service to outside only. Most of our customers prefer this type of service and are pleased with the results.
  • You could use your vacuum or broom to eliminate most pest issues inside your home until we arrive.
  • Pay for your service promptly- by paying promptly you are helping to insure the economy is still working, bills are being paid, people still have jobs and are able to feed their families, while your home remains pest free. We offer many options for paying your bill, the best payment during these trying times would be to pay the technician before he leaves your home following completion of service.
