EnviroGuard, Inc./Daisy Pest Control offers prompt pre-treatments for new construction foundations.  We offer same day service if you e-mail this form by 8:30 a.m.  For your convenience, we will either mail, fax, or deliver your final documents to the closing attorney. In addition, we will return to the property three months after the initial pre-treatment to treat for termites following the final back-fill around the foundation.
