  • Pre-Treatments

Same-day service is guaranteed.  Weekend service is available at no additional charge so your construction is never delayed. Service can take place precisely after block and gravel fill areas are prepared. We follow up with a back-fill treatment within three months of real estate closing or when final documents are issued.  We provide on-job-site signage posting for state inspector and all builder assurances, so there is no question your foundation has been treated.  In addition to liquid chemical pre-treats, we offer the Sentricon™ Termite Baiting System. These exterior, perimeter monitors are installed post-construction.  We monitor them quarterly for the new owner for one year after installation, at no additional cost to you or the owner.

  • Soil Treatment Records (New Construction Documents)

We provide documents for real estate closings, including the Soil Treatment Record (NPCA 99b), Builder Guarantee (NPCA 99a), Tennessee (99A and 99B only), and the Official Georgia Wood Infestation Inspection Report for Georgia treatments.  We can email, fax, mail or deliver your documents or have them ready for you to pickup at our Ringgold, GA office.
  • Moisture Control Foundation Vents

We feature Temp-Vent foundations vents especially designed for the pest control industry to reduce moisture and help control termites. We install new and replacement automatic temperature-controlled foundation vents and power vents for moisture control.
  • Moisture Control Vapor Barrier

We install vapor barrier systems in crawl spaces and unfinished basements to control moisture and reduce the presence of wood-destroying fungi and conducive conditions for termite and other wood-destroying pest activity.
